Can you get an apartment when you have bad credit with an eviction on your record?
You will probably be able to find somewhere to live, but most likely only a very low-end place with a very large security deposit.
It is possible, but much harder. Many apartment companies will not rent to you. Some will, but you will have to look harder and probably pay a larger deposit.
